Shipping Information

We stock our products and we don’t do back orders! Unless specifically noted on the product page (such as “ships directly from manufacturer”), your order should be shipped the same business day as long as it is received before 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excludes international and military shipments).  If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.

When will I get my order? We ship all of our items via USPS and arrival is around 2 to 5 days from the day the item(s) are shipped.

Canada Shipping (We are a non-resident importer) - excludes YT & NT Provinces
Orders to Canada are shipped door-to-door with tracking and are calculated to include discounted, pre-paid brokerage and GST charges
for your convenience.  This is through a special agreement we have with UPS and you will not have to pay any fees upon delivery as they are already pre-paid at checkout.  Canada orders with Standard shipping ship on Tuesdays & Fridays; estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Orders with Expedited shipping ship daily; estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.  All delivery time frames depend on customs processing.

International Shipping (all countries excluding Canada)
Orders outside of Canada
are shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries. International orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Military and AK/HI Shipping Estimate
Orders to military addresses and AK/HI are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Military and AK/HI orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time for AK/HI is 3-5 business days. Please note that there is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures.

Billing Address and PO Boxes If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to).  Incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or billing information may result in delays to your order. Also, please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
